These terms cover ordering from Toppi Açaí Bowl, 85 Main St, Ste C5, Peabody, MA 01960, on toppiacai.com and in the Toppi Açaí Bowl app for iPhone and Android. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and payment
Prices, tax and the delivery fee are shown before you pay and are calculated by our register (Square). Card payments are charged when you place the order. Cash orders are paid at pickup or on delivery. Delivery is available only within our delivery area, and the fee depends on the distance from the store.
Bowl Club
Each bowl on a paid order earns a stamp. Ten stamps earn a free Medium Bowl, which expires 12 months after it is earned. Stamps and free bowls have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Text messages (SMS)
Toppi Açaí Bowl sends two kinds of text messages, never marketing:
- Sign-in codes. When you enter your mobile number to sign in and tap Send code, we text you a one-time code. One message per request.
- Order updates. If you check the box to receive texts at checkout, we text you about that order: received, ready for pickup, and out for delivery.
- Message frequency varies with your orders.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed. Reply START to subscribe again.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (978) 871-8891.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Agreeing to receive texts is optional and is not required to place an order.
We do not share or sell your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties for marketing. See our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
